Business Development Specialist

The primary responsibility of our Business Development Team is to engage interested communities in our solutions and to secure commitments. We are looking for individuals with proven success in closing sales over the phone. A history in satellite helps but is not required.
Sales Development Specialist

The primary responsibility of our Sales Development Team is to generate new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying potential customers through outbound sales efforts. We are looking for individuals with experience building a sales pipeline by engaging with prospects, educating them about our products and services, and ultimately qualifying leads for the Business Development Team.
Technical Support Specialist

The primary responsibility of our Technical Support Specialists is to troubleshoot DirecTV systems within the communities that we serve. We are looking for individuals with knowledge of analog and COM3000 headends as well as DRE systems.
